This primer course teaches you the fundamental rules and principles of harmony, melody, rhythm, meter, and arrangement. Designed to help people produce who don’t have a background playing acoustic instruments, but instead want to produce high-quality music on their computer. Learn as the instructor creates an original piece of music that follows these rules, and explore how to use them to create your own music that feels musically cohesive and professional.

ZACH ZUBE

Zach Zube is a seasoned music professional with a diverse and dynamic background in the performing arts. His lifelong dedication to playing piano, singing, and composing music laid the foundation for a thriving career in music theatre performance from 2004-2017. Having transitioned from the stage to music production, Zach now specializes in crafting mid-tempo electronica and dynamic vocal-forward pop styles, showcasing his versatility as a producer.

With a mastery of Ableton Live, Zach offers expert guidance and a solid foundation for your journey as a producer. His skills extend beyond production, encompassing a deep understanding of music theory and composition, sound design, creating music for stage & film, and the art of vocal coaching and production.
