Grace Davies is an attorney with Tilton & Dunn, P.L.L.P., with experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts and representing clients in a wide variety of disputes and contract negotiations. In the area of entertainment, Ms. Davies has represented and provided counsel to indie musician clients in a diverse array of situations including licensing for movies, TV and video games; negotiating label deals; and creating and implementing release strategies.
Ms. Davies is actively committed to pro bono representation which includes work as a volunteer attorney for Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. Ms. Davies is also a volunteer facilitator and community member of the Seward Longfellow Restorative Justice Partnership and the Restorative Justice Community Action Project of Minneapolis.
Ms. Davies is admitted to practice in Minnesota before the U.S. District Court of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Legal Assistance to the Disadvantaged Committee.
