Capacity and Pricing
Our Northeast Minneapolis studio can accommodate groups up to 25 people. For larger groups, we are happy to work with you to find a location. An additional charge will be applied to move our equipment and instructor to an off-site location. We are happy to host groups as small as 4 people.
Pricing is on a per-participant charge. A final guest count is due seven business days prior to your event, and the final price will be determined by this number regardless of the number of participants who attend. An additional fee will be applied to groups that request lunch or dinner service as part of their package.
Please plan your event at least 2 months ahead of your preferred date. Our instructors are professional musicians who book their shows months in advance, so in order to get on their calendar, we need to work ahead of their schedules. In general, daytime events (before 6pm) work best in our schedule, and weekend events can be arranged as well.
Contract and Deposit
A signed contract and deposit is required to reserve your requested date. The deposit is 30% of the estimated event cost.
If something comes up and you have to cancel your event, please let us know immediately. Your deposit is refundable at 50% up to 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations or rescheduling within 30 days of the event date is charged a fee along with forfeiting the initial deposit.
