If there is one thing Slam Academy sets out to do, it is to make electronic music accessible to everyone.
Through extraordinary acts of goodwill, we’ve been able to partner with some organizations and individuals to offer partial-funding scholarships in a few different areas.
Updated as of 1/15/2020
Scholarships only applicable to first time students to Slam Academy.
50% scholarship fund (for each monthly scholarship) distributed to all accepted applicants; therefore each accepted applicant could likely be awarded less than 50%
To apply for any of these scholarships, please:
Submit a short statement of interest, specifying which program you are apply for, and showcasing your work in the past (in electronic music, or any art form). Tell us why you are interested in Slam Academy, and what you hope to get out of the program.
If you are applying for the Ableton Live Program, while not required, we also appreciate hearing some of your work: this track should show your style – don’t worry about it being fully refined, we just want to see what you can do now.
Submit the above item to [email protected] with the title of the scholarship you are applying for as the subject line.
*The 3-/6-month complimentary SlamPass membership that students receive with enrollment (upon completion of the program) is not applicable to recipients of a scholarship. SlamPass is only available to students currently enrolled in a program; non-scholarship students who have completed a program in the last 3/6 months; or students who directly purchased a SlamPass
